My Name is Prince at The O2
Saturday 21 October to Thursday 7 December
This October, a world premiere of the first ever official exhibition on iconic superstar and legendary live performer, Prince hits The O2 in London. My Name is Prince will allow fans to delve into the legacy of one of pop music's most influential figures.
The retrospective features hundreds of never before seen artifacts shared directly from Paisley Park, Prince’s famous Minnesota private estate, giving visitors a unique insight into the life, creativity and vision of one of the most naturally gifted recording artists of all time. These include instruments, stage outfits, awards and hand-written song lyrics.
Prince’s siblings, some who will visit London in October for the opening of the exhibition, said, "Our family is extremely honoured to have this exhibit at The O2, and we know Prince would be as well. He loved to share his work and life with his fans. We know him as a brother who became not only one of the most prolific songwriters of all time, but an entertainer and musician who was unlike any other. It's only appropriate we share him and these amazing artefacts with the world now that he’s gone."
My Name is Prince is currently scheduled for a limited 21 day run at The O2.
Open Monday to Sunday: 9.30am to 6pm (last entry), exhibition closes at 7.30pm.
Tickets are priced at £27.50 (adult), £19.80 (concession), £13.20 (child 5-15), £66 (family), £66 (VIP). Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. For more details, and to purchase tickets, please visit the dedicated ticketing website.
